Kim Moore
Director of Instruction
Kim Moore, PGA, is a Class “A” Teaching Golf Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the golf industry. Her career is defined by resilience, excellence, and a lifelong commitment to helping golfers of all abilities reach their full potential.
Born without a right foot, with spina bifida and a severe clubbed left foot, Kim has defied expectations at every stage of her journey. She played varsity golf at Bishop Dwenger High School before continuing her competitive career at the University of Indianapolis, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology (Pre-Med) while competing as a varsity athlete. Kim later competed professionally on the Ladies Professional Futures Tour and built an extensive teaching career at leading clubs across Indiana.
Kim earned her Class “A” PGA Certification in 2012 and went on to serve as Resident PGA Golf Professional at SRT Prosthetics & Orthotics, specializing in instruction for golfers with physical disabilities. She has also held leadership roles as Director of Instruction at Juday Creek Golf Course and Knollwood Country Club, Head Women’s Golf Coach at Saint Mary’s College (NCAA Division III), and Head Women’s Golf Coach at Western Michigan University (NCAA Division I).
As an instructor, Kim believes every golfer—regardless of experience, goals, or physical ability—can improve through personalized coaching, thoughtful feedback, and a supportive learning environment. Her teaching philosophy blends traditional fundamentals with modern, data-driven principles rooted in ball-flight laws and current golf technologies. She tailors each lesson to the individual, creating clear, actionable pathways for improvement.
At The Fairfield’s Urban Golf facility, Kim brings this philosophy to life in a state-of-the-art indoor setting that supports year-round instruction, precision training, and flexible scheduling. The environment is especially well-suited for indoor golf members seeking consistent progress, measurable feedback, and a welcoming space to train, compete, or simply enjoy the game.
Kim’s competitive achievements are equally extraordinary. She is a 15-time Female National Amputee Golf Champion, a two-time USGA Adaptive Open Female Champion, and a multiple international G4D event winner. She has served as U.S. Captain of the winning Cairns Cup team and is currently ranked the #1 Female Adaptive Golfer in the United States and #2 in the world. In recognition of her impact, the NCAA established the Kim Moore Spirit Award in her honor, and she was inducted into the Bishop Dwenger High School Athletics Hall of Fame.
Kim’s mission is simple yet powerful: to make the game more accessible, more rewarding, and more enjoyable—helping every golfer build confidence, consistency, and a lifelong connection to the sport.
